Judith Macgregor's Release
In celebration of the life of a beautiful Lady JUDITH LOUISE MACGREGOR 30 November 1950 - 27 May 2009 Judith's family each released a dove from little baskets. This is the verse to accompany her release. This flock of Doves released today will circle high above then quietly fly away They will carry our love and memories A flock of Angels flying free Look for me in the sky For that is where i'll be.

White Lady Chapel Release
Getting ready for a release at the White Lady Chapel There was a flock of 12 in the large basket and the Spirit Bird in the decorated cage. First to be released is the spirit bird, followed by the flock.

Tongan Funeral
A special Tongan Funeral Service with 3 trinity doves in the square basket and the Spirit Bird in the cage.

A very Special release
Ascending balloons and white birds flying free helped mourners at the funeral of Janine to acknowledge Janine's irrepressible spirit and zest for life. Mourners filled then spilled outside the chapel. The large number of people present reflected the impact that Janine had upon others during her too-short 42 years of life. Janine was a dynamic manager in roles including medical centres and retail, who brought the best out of her staff and warmly acknowledged their contributions. She made lasting friendships at work and in her private life. For Janine's daughter Isabella, 5, birds leaving their wicker basket created a moment of wonder and beauty. The photographs by Helen, of Doves Away, will in years to come help Isabella to remember the farewell service for her beautiful mother, Janine.

A gift from A Mum to her Daughter
This stained glass dove was lovingly made by my mum, Anne Glover, Tuesday 23 August 1927 to Tuesday 11 April 2006. I will treasure it always. Melanie (Melanie is having a special Memorial release from Mt Ainslie at Christmas to honour her Mum and Dad. This will be so special)
